Training and Outreach at NCAT

NCAT continues to support workforce development and professional education through its specialized training programs. These hands-on, industry-relevant courses are tailored for contractors, DOT employees, consultants, engineers, and university faculty. Covering topics such as materials, mix design, testing procedures, and quality control practices, each course is designed to enhance knowledge and skills in a collaborative learning environment.

NCAT also offers customized workshops to meet the specific needs of agencies and organizations, as well as a Professor Training Course (PTC) to help university level faulty members integrate asphalt technologies into academic curricula. The next PTC will be held July 7-12, 2025, at NCAT.

In addition to its formal training offerings, NCAT has expanded its outreach through a new series of informational YouTube videos that spotlight ongoing research and innovation.
