The purpose of this project is to integrate art and engineering for a more well-rounded education, to retain engineering students, and to build a foundation for the development of teaching curriculum and textbooks. Programs and intervention methods used to introduce and implement art in engineering are not typically offered in engineering curriculum. 

Primary Goals

1. Enhance engineering education by including art  
2. Share results of the educational interventions with other institutions
3. Lay groundwork for development of future teaching curriculum

1. Increase retention of under-represented populations
2. Increase retention of sophomore-level engineering students
