Timing of Transfer

AUCC Transfer Pathway students should apply for summer semester at Auburn University as indicated on each pathway guide. This will allow you to complete critical coursework to stay on track for graduation, but also provides a seamless transfer as summers are a great time for students to acclimate to new academic and social environments with structured support provided by the Center for Inclusive Engineering Excellence office (CI2E). Course Requirements

Students participating in the AUCC Transfer Pathway should follow the corresponding pathway guide for their intended engineering major. Students are required to complete the courses highlighted in blue at the corresponding first institution as indicated on each pathway guide below to ensure critical prerequisites are completed resulting in timely degree completion.

Scholarship and GPA Requirements

3.0 minimum cumulative transfer GPA

The deadline to complete your scholarship application via AUSOM (scholarship manager) is February 15 which means you need to apply in the fall prior to your summer start date to ensure time for admissions and access to AUSOM.

(For example, students looking to transfer through the pathway with AUCC for Summer 2024 would need to apply to Auburn University in Fall 2023)
