CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Full registration fee: $600 through 1 March 2023

Full registration fee: $800 after 1 March 2023

Student registration fee: $400 through 1 March 2023

Companion fee: $200

Fee amounts are in U.S. dollars. Registration fees for participants, including students, include breaks, lunches, receptions and the Tuesday dinner. The companion fee includes receptions and the Tuesday dinner. The discounted student registration fee ($400) is only available through 1 March 2023.

CANCELATIONS:  If a registration is canceled for any reason, the individual or organization making the original conference fee payment will receive: (1) a full refund, less an administrative fee of $25, if the cancellation request is received in writing before May 1st 2023; (2) a refund of 50%, if the cancellation request is received in writing after April 30th 2023, but before May 14th 2023; (3) no refund for a 'No Show' or for a cancellation request received on or after May 14th. A registration may be transferred to another person for a $25 fee. Auburn University reserves the right to cancel events due to low registration or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled by Auburn University, registration fees will be refunded in full.

Tuesday Evening Dinner $3000

Company logo and Tuesday event sponsorship recognition on marketing material, conference program, on-site signage, and hosting privileges. Includes two conference registrations.  Only one Tuesday Evening Dinner sponsorship is available.

Lunch Sponsorships $2000

Company logo and lunch sponsorship recognition on marketing material, conference program, on-site signage, and hosting privileges. Includes two conference registrations.  Two lunches (Monday and Tuesday) are available for once sponsorship each.

Break Sponsorships $1000

Company logo and lunch sponsorship recognition on marketing material, conference program, on-site signage, and hosting privileges. Five breaks are available for one sponsorship each.
