A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees and their guests at a special negotiated rate of USD 319 per night (single and double occupancy).

These rates will be offered three days prior to and three days after the meeting dates, subject to room availability at the time of reservation. Please contact mnl.groups@auberge.com for additional room night requests or upgrades. All quoted room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, $13.00 one-time porterage fee, per person, plus taxes, and $5 daily housekeeping fee, per room, per night, plus taxes. Currently, room rates and resort charges are subject to the 13.25% Transient Accommodation Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax. Such taxes are subject to change without notice. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $150.00 plus tax per night, beginning with the third adult. There will be no charge for children under the age of 18 years sharing the same room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding. Guest rooms feature either one (1) king size bed or two (2) queen size beds. Occupancy is limited to two adults or two adults and up to two children as long as all guests can be accommodated in the existing bedding. The Resort has a limited number of guest rooms that can accommodate a rollaway bed.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies:
An email address must be provided to secure a reservation. A secure payment information request form via Canary will be sent. Deposits are required at the time of booking, no later than 72 hours after receiving the payment form: Two nights Room & Tax to cover peak program dates + up to 2 nights Room & Tax to cover extension dates (Total up to 4 nights Room & Tax, if extending). There is a 30-day cancellation policy on room reservations. Any cancellation or shortened-stay requests received fewer than 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will result in a fee equal to 100% of the Room and Tax, which will be billed to the individual attendee.
