Hotel special rate deadline: October 30, 2026

The meeting venue is the Mauna Lani Hotel in Waikoloa on the Big Island of Hawaii.

A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees and their guests at a special negotiated rate of USD $319 per night for single or double occupancy. The rate includes self-parking and the daily resort fee, with access to its benefits and inclusions. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and charges.

Hotel deposit and cancellation policies

Deposit and payment: A deposit is required when the booking request is received. The deposit covers two nights of room and tax during peak dates, plus up to two extension nights, if applicable. The hotel will send a secure payment information request through Canary. If payment information is not provided within 72 hours of receiving that request, all nights on hold will be released automatically.

Cancellation or shortened stay: The hotel observes a 30-day cancellation policy. A cancellation or request to shorten a stay received fewer than 30 days before the confirmed arrival date will result in a charge equal to 100% of the room and tax for the affected reservation. The charge will be billed to the individual attendee if their email address was provided.

Early departure and no-shows: Reductions to a confirmed stay on the group's rooming list and no-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the room or suite rate for each affected night. The hotel's agreement states that charges for early departure and no-shows will be billed to the group's master account and credited as actualized room revenue against any attrition or cancellation fees owed.

Room occupancy and bedding

Discounted group rates do not guarantee bedding type or connecting rooms. Bedding may change until arrival. The hotel will note requests and make every effort to accommodate them, subject to availability.

  • Guaranteed bedding: $100 plus Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) and Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) per room, per night.
  • Guaranteed connecting rooms: $100 plus GET and TAT per room, per night, subject to inventory availability.
  • Additional occupants age 18 or older: $150 plus GET and TAT per person.

Occupancy is limited to two adults, or two adults and up to two children, provided all guests can use the existing bedding.
