The meeting venue is the Mauna Lani Hotel located in Waikoloa, The Big Island, Hawaii.
A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees and their guests at a special negotiated rate of USD 310 per night (single and double occupancy). The rates include self-parking and the daily resort fee (with full access to benefits and inclusions).
Hotel Reservation Update
Our conference room block at the Mauna Lani Resort is now full. Additional rooms may still be available at the conference rate. To book your room, you now need to inquire directly by email. Please contact Kenjiro.suzuki@auberge.com to request a reservation at the conference rate.

These rates will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, subject to the availability of rooms at the time of reservation. All quoted room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes. Currently, room rates and resort charges are subject to the 13.25% Transient Accommodation Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax. Such taxes are subject to change without notice. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $150.00 plus tax per night, beginning with the third adult. There will be no charge for children under the age of 18 years sharing the same room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding. Guest rooms feature either one (1) king size bed or two (2) queen size beds. Occupancy is limited to two adults or two adults and up to two children as long as all guests can be accommodated in the existing bedding. The Resort has a limited number of guest rooms that can accommodate a rollaway bed.
