It was good to learn the process of getting a professional job and understanding all the moving parts during your application.
Tell us about your internship experience. What types of tasks and projects did you engage in? Was there a particular project or part of the experience you learned the most from?
I had a great time learning more about the engineering side as well with the more hands on work during my internship. I had a great time working with fellow colleagues and family. My most memorable project was getting to pave highway at night and learn all the moving parts that goes into keeping it safe and successful.
In what ways did this internship help you prepare for your next destination after Auburn?
I feel more confident and prepared to go into my career with hands on field experience.
In what ways did your coursework or other experiences at Auburn prepare you for your internships? Are there specific topics or skills you learned from classes that you put into practice on the job?
The critical thinking skills I have studied at Auburn have played a big role in my internship.
