What was the application process like?
I had a next-day interview, so didn't technically apply until after getting the position. The recruiter walked me through the process of applying once I received my offer.

Tell us about your internship experience. What types of tasks and projects did you engage in? Was there a particular project or part of the experience you learned the most from?
I was a Web Development Intern for the companies website motion.com, and a lot of tasks dealt with UI bugs, user logic changes, and website page maintenance. The great thing about this internship in my eyes is that they treated me like a part of the team, meaning I didn't have a specific intern project but rather worked on different ticket items like the rest of the team.

In what ways did this internship help you prepare for your next destination after Auburn?
With this internship, I also became familiar with the Agile Development system, which will be pivotal in transitioning into the workforce out of college. I also made connections with recruiters, executives, and highly skilled developers that I'm sure will make a difference in my future endeavors.

In what ways did your coursework or other experiences at Auburn prepare you for your internships? Are there specific topics or skills you learned from classes that you put into practice on the job?
Honestly, none of the classwork translated much into the internship besides the Freshman Engineering Orientation class, which had scrums, stand ups, and different tickets, similar to a corporate/development environment.
