Membership Categories
Three CAPRI Membership Categories
Annual dues are due at the beginning of the calendar year.
U.S. Public Owner / Agencies
State Departments of Transportation (DOTs), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and city or county transportation departments.
U.S. Stakeholder Organizations
Asphalt producers and contractors, asphalt pavement associations, materials suppliers, equipment suppliers, consulting firms, public or private research organizations, and universities.
International Member Organizations
Public and private organizations that do not have business operations or sales in the U.S.
For Highway Agencies
Joining Through the CAPRI Pooled Fund
Highway agencies join through the FHWA Transportation Pooled Fund Program, Solicitation 1642.
