The SiGe/Mextram group at Auburn University is seeking 
a new PhD student/Graduate Research Assistant 
interested in SiGe HBT compact modeling 
development to work on development of world standard transistor model Mextram. 
A BS/MS degree in EE/Physics with good background in the following areas is desired:

- Semiconductor device physics, bipolar transistor physics in particular
- Computer programming/debugging in verilog-A, python and Matlab
- Compact modeling of transistors for circuit simulation
