1. Consulting Engineer, Southeastern Center for Electrical Engineering Education (SCEEE). Developed a Short Course Entitled "Introduction to Electromagnetic Compatibility/Electromagnetic Interference (EMC/EMI)". The Short Course was presented at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia, October 1986

2. Consulting Engineering, Southeastern Center For Electrical Engineering Education (SCEEE). Insure electromagnetic Compatibility of shipboard communications, electronic warfare, and fire control equipment: diagnose and eliminate electromagnetic interference and hazards of electromagnetic effects to ordnance. This work was performed for the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia, Summer 1987.

3. Consulting Engineering, Mr. Baginski has worked for the US Army in Huntsville, AL. during the summer of 1990 where he was part of a group that characterized the multiple launch rocket system's vulnerability to lightning.
