Organization Profile and Picture Update Guide

Click here if you would like to submit a request to have your organization spotlighted on the College's social media platforms. Fill out the required information and upload a picture so there will be a complete post to share. Please note that a submission does NOT guarantee your organization will be spotlighted. Auburn Engineering alumni have volunteered to speak to student organizations about both technical and professional topics. To view the list of topics and request a speaker, click here.

If your organization wants to order t-shirts or promotional items, complete this survey. Please allow up to 48 hours to hear back after submitting your request. You will be required to upload the graphic that will be used on the items you are ordering while completing the survey. If you have any questions, contact Jenny Sconyers, Student Initiatives Administrator, at jenny.sconyers@auburn.edu.

If you would like to request reusable nametags for student organization leaders or printed adhesive nametags for organization members not in leadership positions, complete this form.

Feel free to share the company visit guide and map with companies who are coming to campus to speak to or interact with your organization. Make updates as needed before sending to your company contact.
