She is the founder of Auburn Digital Civil Society and serves as a research engineer with the C-FORCE Cybersecurity Lab, where she explores the ever-changing world of cybersecurity.

Whitt also studied abroad in Germany, gaining an international perspective that has shaped both her education and her view of technology in social media.
