Textile Engineering Participate in Exchange Program with German University

Two Auburn textile engineering students were the first to participate in the Reutlingen University student exchange program in Germany. Similarly two students from Reutlingen are currently visiting Auburn University on a semester long exchange.

"Reutlingen shares the high quality of programs we offer at Auburn University," says Julia Freeman, textile engineering coordinator. "Additionally, over a quarter of Reutlingen students are international students. It is a wonderful opportunity for Auburn and Reutlingen students to enrich their lives and enhance their education." The program allows students of fiber engineering, textile chemistry, or textile management and technology to spend a spring semester studying engineering, business, or major courses, including senior research projects.
