Raised on Auburn, giving back for life: One Auburn alumni couple’s story

Jeff and Linda Stone haven’t known a day where they weren’t Auburn fans. With their parents, siblings and three children all attending Auburn, it just makes sense. The Stones philanthropically support Auburn through athletics, scholarships in the College of Engineering and COSAM, LEAD Auburn, the Aubie program and much more, impacting countless students.

Electrical engineering alumnus establishes scholarship in late wife’s ongoing honor

Julie Dunn Faurot left a lasting impact on those around her. A gardener and Auburn football fan, Julie also spent her time serving others through philanthropic organizations. Following Julie’s passing in 2021, Mark made the decision to establish a memorial scholarship in her ongoing honor. His hope for future students who receive the scholarship is to be inspired by his wife’s story.
