More detailed information to come: registration information, time and location for the event

Attention Senior Engineering Students!

The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering, along with the Engineering Young Alumni Council and the Auburn University Career Center, invite you to participate in our first ever Engineering Mock Interview Day on Thursday, Sept. 1.   The event will be held in the Suite 101 Lowder Hall in the Office of Professional and Career Development. You will have the chance to meet with interviewers from a variety of companies such as Chevron, Southern Company, Alabama Power, Brasfield and Gorrie and Kimley Horne.

Each student will have a 25 minute, professional interview experience with a a member of the Engineering Young Alumni. Each session will be held in a private setting, with two interviewers per student.   After the 25 minutes, interviewers will provide feedback on the interview, suggestions for improvement, and insight as to what companies are looking for from students. Students are encouraged to wear professional attire, bring two copies of their resume to the event and to take notes when feedback is given after the interview.

Students participating are also invited to the Mock Interview Networking lunch in the Shelby Center Foyer. This event will allow students a chance to interact with interviewers in a less formal setting, and network with alumni from various engineering industries and companies.
