Please adhere to the following set of constraints for
formatting the submission version of your paper which will be sent to
reviewers.
- Submit the paper in
portable document format (pdf).
- Include a title page
with the paper title, authors names,
affiliations, and contact information.
- Indicate who will be
the presenter if the paper is accepted (for the Best Student
Presentation competition, please indicate if the presenter is a
student).
- Use no more than 10
pages. However, we encourage extended summaries of the paper
submission of 2-4 pages which highlights the significance and results
of the work to be presented.
- Use no font smaller
than 10 point or larger than 12 point.
- Use no line spacing
less than single space or larger than double space.
- Use single or double
column format.
- Use 8.5 x 11 inch
paper (not A4 please).
- Allow at least a 1
inch margin on the left, right, top, and bottom of the page.
- You may include page
numbers for the initial submission.
All submissions must be made via the NATW paper
submission web site (see link below).
If you do not have a login on the NATW paper submission web site,
click the “Sign Up” button in the upper right hand corner and
fill out the information (note you will want to select 2010 as the default
conference year) to establish your login account. Then you can click the “Sign
In” button in the upper right hand corner to actually login to the
web site. Further instructions
will be available once you login to the paper submission web site. If you have any problems or
