Author Information for Initial Paper Submission

 

Format of the Paper Submission Version:

Please adhere to the following set of constraints for formatting the submission version of your paper which will be sent to reviewers.

  • Submit the paper in portable document format (pdf).
  • Include a title page with the paper title, authors names, affiliations, and contact information.
  • Indicate who will be the presenter if the paper is accepted (for the Best Student Presentation competition, please indicate if the presenter is a student).
  • Use no more than 10 pages. However, we encourage extended summaries of the paper submission of 2-4 pages which highlights the significance and results of the work to be presented.
  • Use no font smaller than 10 point or larger than 12 point.
  • Use no line spacing less than single space or larger than double space.
  • Use single or double column format.
  • Use 8.5 x 11 inch paper (not A4 please).
  • Allow at least a 1 inch margin on the left, right, top, and bottom of the page.
  • You may include page numbers for the initial submission.
