Please adhere to the following set of constraints for
formatting the version of your paper which will be included in the informal
proceedings.
- Be sure to address reviewer
comments where appropriate.
- Submit the paper in portable document format (pdf).
- Do not include page numbers.
- Do not include Headers or Footers.
- Make sure you use 8.5 x 11 inch paper (you can check in
PDF Reader in Edit->Properties under description look at Page Size:
to make sure it is 8.50 x 11.00
in – not something like 8.27
x 11.69 in).
- Include title, all
author names and affiliations at the top of the first page of the
paper in single column format.
- Use IEEE double
column format for the remainder of the paper.
- Use no more than 10
pages.
- Use no font smaller
than 10 point or larger than 12 point.
- Use no line spacing
less than single space or larger than double space.
- Allow at least a 1
inch margin on the left, right, top, and bottom of the page.
- All final paper
submissions must be made via on-line system at:
http://evia.ucsd.edu/cgi/conferences/natw/ess.cgi
Click the “Author” button in the upper right
hand corner, then click “Final Version” to upload your final
paper.
Use the “Presentation” button to upload your
final PowerPoint presentation.
