Format of the Final Paper Version:

Please adhere to the following set of constraints for formatting the version of your paper which will be included in the informal proceedings.

• Be sure to address reviewer comments where appropriate.
• Submit the paper in portable document format (pdf).
• Use 8.5 x 11 inch paper (do not use A4 please).
• Include the title, all author names, and affiliations at the top of the first page of the paper in single column format.
• Use IEEE double column format for the remainder of the paper.
• Use no more than 10 pages.
• Use no font smaller than 10 point or larger than 12 point.
• Use no line spacing less than single space or larger than double space.
• Allow at least a 1 inch margin on the left, right, top, and bottom of the page.
• Do not include page numbers.
• All final paper submissions must be made via on-line system at:

Click the “Author” button in the upper right hand corner, then click “Final Version” to upload your final paper.

Use the “Presentation” button to upload your final PowerPoint presentation.
