New PhD Student Position Available

The Mextram/SiGe group at Auburn University is seeking a new PhD student/Graduate Research Assistant interested in SiGe HBT compact modeling development to work on development of Mextram, one of the most advanced industry standard compact models for bipolar transistors. A BS/MS degree in EE/Physics with good background in one or more of the following areas is desired:

• Semiconductor device physics, bipolar transistor physics a plus
• Computer programming/debugging in verilog-A, python and Matlab, C a plus
• Compact modeling of transistors for circuit simulation, Spectre or ADS a plus
