   Double Effect Evaporator

The Evaporator projects for Fall 2010 may vary from group to group, and will go beyond what you may have done in 3820. The assignments will reflect ongoing modification to the unit as the semester progresses.  You will help test equipment changes (addition of pumps and valves) and help write operating procedures. By the end of the semester we hope to be running in double effect mode, concentrating a salt solution.  The first lab assignment will be posted soon.
