         Teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses in electro-optics,
         electromagnetics, and linear circuit analysis.
         Conducting research in high voltage breakdown and surface flashover phenomena
         in space environment, gaseous electronics and plasma physics.
         Developing further research in optics, lasers and high power/efficiency
         light sources (for pollution control and industrial use).
         Developing optical spectroscopic measurement techniques in these related fields.
 

   POST DOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOW

         Space Power Institute, Auburn University, AL.November,1991 to December 1992.
         Research in high-power, high-voltage breakdown in space environment.
         Contributed to experimental and theoretical research in SPEAR
         (Space Power Experiments Aboard Rockets) program of BMDO.
         Conducted research in space environmental effects, such as outgassing
         and temperature effects on high-voltage, high power space power systems
         in the space environment.
 

   POST DOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

         Polytechnic University, Weber Research Institute, Farmingdale, NY,
         January 1990 to October 1991.
         Research in gaseous electronics and hollow cathode discharges in addition
         to atomic and molecular spectroscopy.
         Also, research in development of Continuous Wave (CW) gas laser
         operating in the UV region of the spectrum.
