RESEARCH SUMMARY

Recent research includes development environments and software visualization tools. This research, which is funded by NASA, ARPA, and NSF, has focused on the automatic generation of new graphical representations which improve the comprehensibility of software and, as a result, reduce costs during each phase of the life cycle.
