I am not able to assign reviewer or I am not able to send my AE recommendation

Please notice that each manuscript require at least 2 in-dept reviews. The default number of reviews is 4 so you can invite up to 4 reviews (if the default value would be 2 then you will be allowed to invite only 2 reviews). Of course you may change the number 4 to any other number. For example to 0 if you would like to write a recommendation without sending the manuscript for review.   If you put large number there (for example 9) MC will let you appoint new reviewers, but you will not be able to submit your AE recommendation unless you will change this number back to small number (for example 2). It is annoying but you can beat the system by changing this number up or down. Please remember  to press the save button after each change.
