Where are you both originally from and how did each of you end up at Auburn and in the College of Engineering?

Seth is from Nashville, Tennessee, and I am from Montgomery, Alabama. We both chose the College of Engineering for the strong programs and post-graduation career opportunities.

What year did you both graduate and what were your majors?

Seth graduated with a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering in 2008 and I graduated with a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering in 2007, followed by a master's degree in industrial and systems Engineering in 2008.

How did you meet?

We were introduced through a mutual friend, Brooke who was also an aerospace engineering student with Seth, and was in my sorority.

Describe your first date:

Our first date was at a restaurant in Washington, D.C. while Seth was interning with NASA. In ended up being the same restaurant Seth took be back to celebrate our engagement.

How did Auburn Engineering bring you both together?

We were both Cupola Ambassadors for the College of Engineering and met at a retreat for new members.

When did you get married and where do you both live now? Have kids?

We married in February 2010 and currently live in Los Angeles, California. We do not have any kids.

Where do you both work?

Seth currently works in government consulting, and I most recently interned at Apple. We are both pursuing our Master of Businesses Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. After graduation in June, we will move to the bay area where Seth will transition to product management and I will work in strategy consulting.

Best memory you both have as an Auburn Engineering couple?

We both fondly remember the study breaks we shared as our engineering buildings were conveniently located on the same side of campus. We also enjoyed special treats like lunches at restaurants on Magnolia Avenue and late night coffee runs.
