Travel to Auburn

  • By Car - Auburn University is most directly accessed from Interstate I-85 at Exit 51.
  • Flying - The most convenient airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
  • Airport shuttle - Groome Transportation offers 16 daily shuttles to/from ATL airport.
  • Local - The campus and downtown area are "walking friendly." Taxis, Uber/Lyft also serve the area.
  • Campus Parking and Map - University parking regulations are enforced; visit this page to learn about visitor parking passes. ASEE-SE 2020 attendees may explore the interactive campus map for parking. The most convenient solution is to stay at The Hotel at Auburn University, however, and walk 8 minutes to the conference site (Brown-Kopel Engineering Student Achievement Center).
  • Accessible parking - At the the Brown-Kopel Center, there is one accessible parking space on the southwest corner of the building, and two more spaces on the east end of the building. The parking lot south of the building has three accessible spaces. Please note that university parking regulations are enforced.
