Applications Steering Committee

The NCAT Applications Steering committee meets twice a year to review the scientific and technical quality of NCAT's programs and reports their findings to the NCAT Board of Directors. The group consists of eight ex-officio members and 12 regular members. The ex-officio members consist of the committee chairman, secretary and key NCAT sponsors. The 12 regular members serve three-year terms of service and represent contractor, supplier, agency and academic experts in all hot mix asphalt disciplines.
