Courses Offered

We now offer the popular undergraduate elective in microelectronic fabrication in both the fall and spring semesters.

Thanks to Micro/ Nano facilities, students of Auburn University have a rare opportunity to design and to fabricate integrated circuits and MEMS devices.  They can take two formal courses which are based on AMNSTC facilities:

  • 5730/6730 Microelectronic Fabrication
  • 5820/6820  MEMS

which are taking direct advantage of AMNSTC laboratories.

Faculties associated with the Center area also offering several related senior/ graduated courses:

  • 5130/6130 RF Circuits &Devices
  • 5190/6190 Introduction to  Digital and Analog IC Design
  • 5700/6700 Semiconductor Fundamentals
  • 5710/6710 Semiconductor Devices
  • 5750/6750 Introduction to Plasma
