The 6th Annual Elements of Mechanical Engineering Conference will be held November 9 -10, 2008 (Sunday and Monday - Homecoming Weekend) at the Marriot Lodge and Conference Center in Opelika, Ala. The venue is first class and located on the Grand National championship golf course. Conference features include tours of labs; meeting with current and emeriti faculty; a presentation of the department mission and program with open discussion; and several engineering workshops with the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Units.
