3040 HEAT TRANSFER
The purpose of this course is to provide students
with fundamental knowledge of heat transfer by conduction,
convection, and radiation. Students also receive
an introduction to heat exchangers.

4310 HEATING, VENTILATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND
REFRIGERATION
Students become knowledgeable in theory and practice
of modern heating, ventilation, air conditioning
and refrigeration systems; concepts, equipment,
and systems design.

4240 COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN I
A capstone engineering design course based on a
design project similar to those encountered by the
engineer in industry involving thermal and mechanical
design. Provides the students with knowledge in
real world applications of engineering principles.

4250 COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN II
Students
participate in detailed design, fabrication, communication,
and presentation of a prototype machine for an industrial
sponsor. The course includes processing and application
of thin Films.
