The Auburn University Student Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers was the first ASCE Student Chapter founded in the Deep South and one of the first in the nation. Since our founding in 1921 we have been a leader within the ranks of ASCE Student Chapters and on Auburn University's campus. With a membership of over 100 students and growing we are among the larger and more active campus groups at Auburn. We hope that you will take a look around our website and attend a meeting soon. We look forward to you becoming an active member of our organization.

ASCE invites companies to come and present information about themselves and their projects on Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. in Ramsay 314. These lectures allow students to hear from experienced professionals about real-world problems. They also are a great opportunity to network with companies to obtain jobs or internships. Free food is provided, and bonus points are offered in some classes for attending. If you are interested in speaking at one of these lunches, please contact Vice-President Jonathan Roberts.
Every year, ASCE hosts an annual career fair for graduating seniors and students interested in internships. This year, ASCE is hosting a career fair in both the fall and spring semesters! Companies from all over the southeast come to Auburn to recruit potential employees. The Spring Career Fair will be held on January 30th in the Dixon Conference Center in the Hotel at Auburn University. If your company is interested in having a table at one or both of our career fairs, please contact Vice-President Jonathan Roberts.
We believe it is important to give back to the community. Throughout the year, we take part in service projects in the Auburn-Opelika community.
To learn more about our community service involvement, contact our Community Service Chairman, Beverly Ceasar.
ASCE hosts a tailgate for home football games throughout the season. These tailgates are held in the grassy area in front of Harbert. More information will be given during the general meetings.
