workshops to train future professionals and provides a
myriad of networking opportunities and avenues for
professional and leadership development in order to fulfill
the National Mission.
What is NSBE?
The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is a
non-profit student led organization that prides itself on
academic excellence, community service, leadership, and
cultural diversity. Currently, NSBE is comprised of more
than 270 chapters on college and university campuses, 75
Alumni Extension chapters nationwide and 75 Pre-College
chapters. These chapters are geographically divided into six
regions. The Auburn University Chapter of NSBE is proud to
say that we reside in REGION III!
"NSBE's mission is to increase the number of culturally
responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed
professionally and positively impact the community."
