Engineering Professor Publishes Book on Textile Products

Yehia El Mogahzy, a professor in Auburn University's Department of Polymer and Fiber Engineering, has published a new book, "Engineering Textiles: Integrating the Design and Manufacture of Textile Products." Bhavnani Recognized at ASME International Conference

Sushil Bhavnani, professor in Auburn University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, was honored with the 2008 Clock Award at the International Mechanical Engineering Conference and Exposition (IMECE), held in Boston in November. The award, which honors outstanding and continuing contributions to the science and engineering of heat transfer in electronics packaging, is co-sponsored by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers' (ASME) Heat Transfer Division and the Electronics and Photonics Packaging Division.
