The Integrated Java Debugger in jGRASP is a highly visual debugger with some unique features. Icon color and shape are used to pack more information into variable display than in a typical debugger. Expression evaluation allows full use of Java expressions, including method calls. Field values of in-scope objects can be changed, and methods can be called on those objects. Objects can be placed on the workbench for easy monitoring when out-of-scope.
