Strategic Plan

The Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering (CSSE) has a vision to ultimately move into the top tier of universities. Our plan includes providing the most up-to-date and high-quality curricula to our students, performing state-of-the-art funded research, and serving our constituents at the local, state, and professional levels.

Resources are needed to recruit the highest quality students, faculty, and staff to position CSSE among the top tier departments. We would benchmark our department against those that are ranked in the top 20 by the US News and World Reports in various performance criteria.
