Academics

The Department of Chemical Engineering offers on-campus programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Opportunities are also available for off-campus education.

Undergraduate Program

This program leads to the Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (B.Ch.E) degree.

Graduate Studies

The department has programs at both the doctoral (Ph.D.) and masters (M.S.Ch.E) level.

Distance Education (Off Campus)

The department participates in two different off-campus educational opportunities:

  • Graduate Online Program: This is an off-campus for-credit program with coursework offered at your home or office via videotape, leading to a Master of Chemical Engineering degree.
  • Engineering Continuing Education: These are non-credit professional development courses, conferences and workshops in both business (management) and engineering. These courses do not count for credit toward a college degree, but they do provide continuing education units (CEUs).
