PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking a Jr. Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL operations.
Candidate will provide support to the MDA Deputy for Engineering Directorate to interface with the Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense Joint Program Executive Office (JIAMD JPEO). Support includes system engineering efforts of the Multi-Service System Engineering Team (MSSET). The MSSET charter is to develop integrated architectures, system requirements, and demonstrate potential solutions for an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (JIAMD) capability. Specifically, exploring four key tenants of JIAMD, single integrated air picture, integrated fire control, combat identification, and automated battle management aides. The MSSET will develop architecture systems views in response to the JIAMD operational architecture.
Required Skills/Experience: Candidate should be a self-starter and a team player 0-1 yrs of experience in Missile and/or Air Defense engineering and analysis.
Desired Skills/Experience: Knowledge of the joint community, such as JIAMDO, Navy CEC/Aegis, Army IAMD, or SIAP JPO, is a plus. Background in fire control, composite tracking, or battle management is desirable. Current Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance is required.
Education: A BS degree in Engineering field is required.
