Set-up 8:00-9:00am
Displays open 9:00-3:00 - Presence at the display is at the discretion of the representative. The program schedule shows 9am to 1pm.
Display Breakdown 3:00-4:00
An 6ft by 3ft table and two chairs are provided for each display. There are several electrical outlets in the room; bringing needed power cords and power strips is advised.
The Futures Fair room is adjacent to the Poster Competition, the Chem E Car Poster Competition, and the Chem E Car Race Venue.
The Foy Union has several semiprivate seating areas suitable for interviews. An interview room is available upon request.
