One-page abstracts to be submitted by e-mail are due: March 1, 2001.

Electronic version and/or paper copies of camera-ready manuscripts are due: May 4, 2001.
Authors of accepted abstracts are required to prepare manuscripts according to the instructions and/or the downloadable MS Word template which you can see (HTML page) or download (MS Word2000 file or PDF 4.0 file) by clicking the buttons below .
There will be no time left for manuscripts to be revised after submission because the conference proceedings will be published in advance for distribution during the conference. Submitted manuscripts that are determined to be unacceptable or needing major revisions may be re-submitted for publications elsewhere but can not be included in the conference proceedings; therefore, authors are encouraged to select their colleagues or other qualified persons to review their manuscripts before submission to the conference in order to ensure proper writing in English and clear and organized presentations. Manuscripts submitted without including contact information for the reviewers of authorsí choices in the Manuscript Submission Form may be assigned to committee members of the conference for quick reviews and may be excluded from the proceedings if revisions are found to be necessary.

Every manuscript that is accepted for publication must be presented in person by at least one of the co-authors in the conference in order to be included in the proceedings; therefore, at least one of the co-authors must have completed the conference registration on or before May 4, 2001.
The conference proceedings will be published by the NASA Glenn Research Center. Each registered conference participant will receive a copy of the proceedings. Those who canít attend the conference may order hard copies or CD-ROM of the proceedings by filling out the registration form available in the conference web site.
